About the Project
The project aims to contribute to reducing structural racism in Morocco and raising collective awareness on discrimination. It targets the Moroccan population and foreigners living in Morocco, young people and adults, institutions, professionals, and the general public. It is structured around activities and missions involving legal support, awareness-raising and training for the population and professionals in the field in order to combat discrimination and racism, and conducting research in order to present recommendations to institutions on the legal support needs of foreigners.
Activities
- Improving access to rights for victims of racism or discrimination
- Contributing to changing perceptions on mobility in order to better combat discrimination
- Training resource persons on tools developed by Gadem to combat racism
- A policy brief on the main obstacles and needs in terms of legal support for foreigners and migrants, with recommendations
