About the Project
At its core, FlowCCA proposes to reframe the Mediterranean not as a border of separation but as a shared cultural space of circulation, solidarity, and memory. The project aims to combat structural racism and cultural exclusion through grounded, community-led action. By bridging public debate with grassroots artistic initiatives across Europe and North Africa, the project builds a transregional platform for shared creativity, memory, and public dialogue. The project will operate within the frame of cultural education and Mediterranean cultural exchange. Activities will be presented and implemented as participatory artistic interventions that promote youth empowerment, cultural exchange, and shared heritage.
