The Case Law Database is a resource intended for law practitioners, researchers and human rights organisations active in the fields of human rights and access to justice.
What for ?
The Case Law Database presents the rulings and decisions of national and regional judicial and quasi-judicial bodies covering various of ASF’s thematic areas of intervention. For each case, a summary is provided of the facts of the case, the procedural history, and the key jurisprudential elements of the ruling. A copy of the ruling is also made available.
