  • Objective : Develop and/or strengthen national capacities to promote democratic governance, coexistence and peaceful conflict resolution.
  • Specific objective: To improve the participation of women human rights defenders’ organizations and networks in institutional discussion spheres through an environment conducive to respect for human rights and the performance of their management systems.
  • Expected results :
    • The environment in which WHRD CSOs operate is understood and strengthened
    • Management systems of women’s organizations and networks are strengthened to meet CSO quality standards
    • Dialogue and partnerships between women’s civil society organizations and networks are promoted.
    • Women’s actions in conflict prevention and management are scaled up.
