Advocaten Zonder Grenzen publiceert een studie over de indirecte discriminatie die de Belgische noodmaatregelen teweegbrachten bij bepaalde bevolkingsgroepen, voornamelijk de meest kwetsbaren. De analyse, opgesteld in het kader van het project ‘Covid-19-monitoring en de Rechtsstaat’, baseert zich op een reeks observaties en gesprekken die ASF in juni en juli 2020 organiseerde.
