Promote the implementation of constitutional rights and freedoms by the judicial system

- Objective: To contribute to the rise of a political commitment and action for the implementation of the Constitution and the harmonisation of the criminal legal framework with its provisions.
- Specific objectives :
- To introduce the constitutional gains in terms of rights and freedoms into the Tunisian judicial system
- Harmonise the legal framework with constitutional and international standards
- To train public actors (legislators, government, magistrates), lawyers and key civil society actors on constitutional rights issues
- Expected results:
- To document, analyse and disclose to the general public the violations suffered by Tunisian citizens in the penal chain
- To equip civil society organisations with the expertise, skills and resources to jointly defend institutional and legislative reforms and achievements
